2 Stretch and Mobility Sequences
Seated Option:
Join Kayla from Capital Hydrotherapy in a new exercise series focusing on yoga based stretching and mobility. This seated stretch program will be much more accessible to a wider population of people.
The Session:
– Seated Calf, Hamstring and Gluteal Stretch
– Seated Thoraco-lumbar Range of Motion
– Seated Upper Limb and Neck Stretches
– Trigger balling and breathwork
Standing/ Floor Based Option:
Join Kayla from Capital Hydrotherapy in a new exercise series focusing on yoga based stretching and mobility. Today’s sequence will be floor based but if this isn’t suitable for you, feel free to stick to the seated options.

– Supine Twist
– Glute Stretch
– Hamstring Stretch
– Seated Twists and Upper Body Stretches
– Cat/Cow Stretch
– Hip Flexor Stretch
– Child Pose
– Supine Butterfly
