 Exercise Physiologist

Emma completed her Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation at the University of Canberra. Emma is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist through Exercise and Sports Science Australia. Emma enjoys working across all pathologies and health conditions. She is passionate about helping her clients along their rehabilitation journey to assist in the improvement of their overall health and wellbeing. Emma understands that each client’s needs and interests vary which is why each exercise program is specifically designed for the individual to ensure they successfully achieve their goals. When she isn’t helping people, Emma enjoys play competitive netball, and spending time with her family and friends.

Land based Exercise Physiology sessions are also available (progression after Hydrotherapy); pilates programs, swiss ball programs, and Fall Preventions Programs. EPC and Team Care Arrangements are also available and encouraged (see your GP for referral).

Entitled Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) clients may be referred for clinically necessary Exercise Physiology treatment by their General Practitioner on a valid D904 referral form.
