Kayla completed her Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation at the University of Canberra. Kayla is an accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist through Exercise and Sports Science Australia. She has worked with a multitude of clients who have various health conditions (such as Musculoskeletal and cardiopulmonary) and various functional goals, gaining her the knowledge to help you with yours.
Kayla’s professional interests include sport-related rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions and cardiovascular health. Kayla is approachable practitioner who will make you feel comfortable in and out of the pool. She is an enthusiastic person who loves to meet new people and learn about their injuries and/or conditions. Outside of Exercise Physiology, Kayla is passionate about competitive netball, yoga and holistic health. She is a registered yoga and pilates teacher and enjoys taking classes of all levels.
