Rachel McNamara

Exercise Physiologist

Rachel is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation at the University of Canberra in 2020. Rachel enjoys working with a diverse range of clients, with a particular interest in managing musculoskeletal, neurological and metabolic conditions. She strives to prescribe individualised evidence-based exercise programs to achieve client’s goals and improve their quality of life. Rachel finds it highly rewarding seeing the positive benefits and effects exercise can have acutely and over a long period of time.
Outside of the clinic, Rachel loves all things travel related (she’s been to 47 countries so far), enjoys staying active with her friends and family and spends most of her weekends at the coast.

Private Health fund rebates available.

Land based Exercise Physiology sessions are also available (progression after Hydrotherapy); pilates programs, swiss ball programs, and Fall Preventions Programs. EPC and Team Care Arrangements are also available and encouraged (see your GP for referral).

Entitled Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) clients may be referred for clinically necessary Exercise Physiology treatment by their General Practitioner on a valid D904 referral form.
