Join Kayla from Capital Hydrotherapy as she takes us through a balance specific session. Please take care when performing balance exercises and work within your limits to reduce the risk of falls. Always work near something you can hold onto. Practice each exercise slowly, as many times as you like.

– Toe Walking and Heel Walking
– Tandem Walking
– Single Leg Balance and Reach
– Squat on Balance Cushion
– Single Leg Balance with Heel Tap
– 30 second balance
